The initial interview poses particular challenges for every EEH specialist advisor. A lot of information from the parents and children has to be processed and melted down in a short space of time. The debilitating dynamics that parents have previously reported often play out before our eyes. And it is not uncommon for us to have to deal with intense processes of expression after just a few minutes. It is not always easy to maintain an overview and make the right decisions.
