Trauma and entanglement

We look at the different types of early trauma and illuminate how personality traits take over after trauma. The stressful issues with the child often fall on the child’s own biographical ground and personal issues that were dormant or supposedly dealt with before becoming a parent unexpectedly resurface as the once dreaded “ghosts in the nursery”. These unpleasant feelings are often projected onto the child or the parents’ own wounded inner children suddenly find themselves face to face. In this webinar, we will discuss what this means for the relationship level and how these systemic dynamics can be addressed and integrated into support.
